Our Hotel

At first glance, The Star on Spring feels unmistakably refined. Look closer, and something softer emerges. It is a place designed not only to impress, but to welcome, where luxury feels lived in and comfort is intentional.

Located at 101 Spring Street in Downtown Springdale, the building was originally constructed in the 1920s as the Star Automobile showroom. For decades, it stood as a symbol of craftsmanship and innovation within the community. Today, that same spirit carries forward through a thoughtful restoration that has transformed the space into a boutique hotel rooted in both history and modern ease.

The vision for The Star on Spring was shaped by a deep connection to Springdale itself. Local ownership approached the project with a desire to create something that reflects the character of the city while offering a level of design and hospitality not typically found in the area. Every decision, from the architectural restoration to the smallest interior detail, was guided by that intention.

Interiors, designed by Paige Whitten of Paige Whitten Design, draw from Art Deco influences while incorporating warm textures, layered lighting, and timeless finishes. The result is a collection of spaces that feel elevated yet approachable, encouraging guests to settle in and experience the hotel as more than a place to stay.

Throughout the hotel, comfort is elevated through thoughtful service and carefully selected partnerships. In-room coffee from Onyx Coffee offers a quiet ritual to begin the day In the bath, handcrafted amenities by Milk & Sugar Bath Co. turn everyday routines into moments of indulgence. Each detail is designed to feel seamless, intuitive, and unrushed.

Guests are supported by a streamlined, modern hospitality model that prioritizes ease, privacy, and comfort. Private access ensures that only registered guests are able to enter the building, creating a more secure and discreet environment throughout the stay.

Behind the scenes, guest services and operations are supported by Bentonville-based Pink Door BNB, providing a virtual concierge experience that assists with check-in, access, and on-property needs while maintaining a seamless and unobtrusive guest experience.

Public spaces are designed to feel like an extension of a home, with a welcoming lobby, quiet seating areas, and thoughtful touches that invite guests to relax or connect. The scale of the hotel allows the experience to remain intimate, ensuring each stay feels considered rather than standardized.
